Look what this clever little birdie made, Etsy seller Bird Trouble bought some of my Insect Soup fabric a while back and has made these handy little cup holders from it. You can get them in her shop here.
Somebody asked me at the weekend If I minded what people made from my fabric, the honest answer is I really don't, its just exciting to think that people are using it, and a great relief not to have to do all the sewing myself - nice to leave that to somebody else for a change.
On the subject of leaving the hard work to somebody else I've just listed the bunting kits on my website go forth and sew.

Its always really nice to be asked to design something for a special event and this project was exactly that. This bag was designed to welcome guests to a wedding ceremony in Beijing where a, good Scottish Lad would be getting married to his lovely Welsh fiance. The bags were used to welcome their guests to the city and were packed full of goodies, maps and tourist information.
The image in the middle lantern is the Chinese symbol for double happiness, along with a Welsh dragon and Scottish lion rampant - raww!
