This is one of the first screen prints I made while on a brilliantscreen printing evening class. I'm always amazed at how much better things look once you've made them up rather than just seeing them as a graphic on your computer.
I know what you mean, there's a different kind of satisfaction you get when you've hand made something and put a load of effort in...it's lovely to see the end result!

So glad to see you have a blog. I have been admiring your printed textiles. I studied textiles at Galashiels (a long time ago!)
Sorry I am full of questions -
I am thinking about doing either a screenprinting or an etching night class at the Glasgow Print Studio. Did you do your nightclass there?
